The exterior of this vintage Spartan mobile home is very original, very intact and very straight. This trailer has lots of windows for a nice, bright interior. It is built like an airplane with riveted construction for long life and durability. It has aircraft grade aluminum that can be polished up to a mirror like shine. This trailer has tons of room and tons of possibilities. It could be used as your primary home or a vacation home on a lake or river. It would make an awesome air bnb or could be used for some other commercial application.

Otherwise, there is no cracked, missing or damaged glass. 12 of the windows have bad operators and four of the windows are missing the safety latch knobs. All windows have old seals which should be replaced.
The interior of this trailer is very original, very intact and very sweet for an un-restored trailer. It was parked under a shelter for many years which helped keep the interior woodwork so nice.
