Chrome steel cabinet latches. Some have minor pitting and rust. Latches may very from photos but latches are comparable. Has 3/8" offset.

This handle was originally chromed but could stand to be re-chromed or painted. Some pitting in the chrome. The center to center measurement was 2-3/4".
