Vintage Campers Purchase Agreement






The materials and products listed on our website (Vintage Campers LLC) are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Vintage Campers LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Vintage Campers LLC does not represent or warranty that the functions contained on our Website will be error-free. Vintage Campers LLC does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials on our Website in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.


If a part is claimed to be defective Vintage Campers LLC will need that part returned to us to for inspection. If the part is found to be defective Vintage Campers LLC will replace the defective part at no charge. Vintage Campers LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials listed in our Website or our Parts e-Store or the performance of the products, even if Vintage Campers LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


All shipping costs are automatically calculated on our parts e-store prior to paying for the items you are purchasing. You have the option to choose UPS or USPS on most items. Some items will state they must be shipped by freight or UPS. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of order, the location it is being shipped to and options you choose regarding how quickly you need the items delivered. Almost all items ship the same or next day except if it is a special order item. Items may ship from multiple warehouses so if you do not receive all your items in the first package, the other items are typically on their way from another warehouse.


Some large, fragile or irregular shaped items may have a special packaging cost. Shipping companies are famous for damaging items in transit, so we go the extra mile to package your order with extra care to help prevent damage. The special packaging cost covers the packing, packing materials, boxes and the extra shipping charges that we are charged from UPS due to the size of the box. When you add an item to your cart it will automatically add the special packaging cost to the price of the item on your order. If you need to return an item, the special packing costs are not refundable.


Please include one copy of the original invoice with your return shipment. On the invoice, please include notes as to which items are being returned and the reason(s) for their return.



 Claims on damaged goods must be filed within 3 days of receipt. No returns after 30 days. The merchandise must be returned complete and unaltered, properly packed in the original carton, (if applicable.) If items were defective or shipped incorrectly, please notify us and we will issue a call tag for pickup. If you ordered in error, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date with postage prepaid and the items in original condition. We will not refund any shipping. We will not refund any special packaging fees even though they are added to the cost of the item on your order.

 Our goal is to be a pleasure to do business with and to keep you 100% satisfied. We do not charge any restocking fees. If above conditions are met, we will give you a 100% refund on the item(s) you returned. However, if the item(s) are damaged in any way or not in the same condition they were shipped to you, then we will be unable to provide a full refund.

 Terms and Conditions for Trailer Purchase 


Verbal hold - maximum time period 3 days. This will allow you time to get appropriate funds to us.

 Deposit required to hold any unit: $1000

 Deposit must be received within 3 days from the time it was put on verbal hold. If deposit is not received in time frame allowed, the unit will become available for purchase by other interested parties.

 Unit must be paid in full within 14 days from the date on the purchase agreement or date deposit was received. This will give you time to come and personally inspect the trailer should you decide to do so. As of July 1, 2004, Indiana requires collection of sales tax on all vehicle/trailer purchases, including all in-state and out-of-state customers. We will provide you with an ST-108 Form proving you paid sales tax in the state you bought it from. In most cases you will not have to pay this twice but please check with your specific state. If you hold a retail merchant certificate and this trailer is for immediate resale, then you can fill out a ST105 Exemption Form and I will not need to collect sales tax.

 Methods of payments: certified check, money order, or funds can be wired into our account. will not release any unit until it is paid in full and all funds have cleared our bank. (This may take up to 14 days if paying by certified check or money order). If you are in a rush to get your unit, please contact us regarding the procedure to have funds wired directly into our account. If balance is not paid in full in the time frame allowed, the unit will become available for purchase by other interested parties.

 If possible, we recommend that you personally inspect any vintage camper before deciding to purchase. We understand that it is not always possible or economically feasible to come to Peru, Indiana to look at a trailer, that is why we list detailed desciptions and many photos of each trailer we have for sale. Should you decide to purchase a trailer from us and are unable to personally inspect it, you are purchasing it in “as is” condition with no warranty. Purchase would be made solely based on the photos and detailed information on our website.

 The attached purchase agreement must be fully filled out, signed, dated and e-mailed or mailed to us along with the funds in order to proceed with the purchase of a trailer. If you send funds for a trailer, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions for Purchase.

 Any unit which is paid in full may be stored at the dealership at NO CHARGE for up to 1 year after the date of purchase. If the unit is still here 1 year after the date of purchase, you will be charged a $25 per month storage fee until the trailer is picked up. No unit will be released until all fees are paid. Whether you store the trailer here or plan to pick it up right away, you will need to have your own insurance coverage on the trailer once it is paid for. may void the sale and retain half of the deposit paid in the event that these terms and conditions are not fully met.
